Cancellation Policy
Reservations with us guarantee you a spot to park. This reservation is refundable up to the Start Date and Time of the reservation. Reservations are non-refundable passed the Start Date and Time of the reservation. We hold that spot open for you and your car. You have until the start of your reservation to cancel. If you do not show up, we have held the spot for you and you have taken away our opportunity to sell the spot to other persons. Once that time has passed you forfeit your payment.
**If we cannot provide you with a spot we will refund your full payment and pay for you to park at any other facility. (A receipt from the facility with matching Start and Ending dates that match your reservation with us must be presented for payment.)
How to Cancel your Reservation
Canceling your reservation can be done directly through the reservation confirmation email you received when you booked reservation. The reservation confirmation email will have a subject line of, “Newark Airport LONG TERM PARKING Reservation Confirmation”.
At the bottom of the email, there is a blue button labeled, “View, Edit or Cancel Reservation”. Click that button to be taken to the online portal for your reservation. Once within the portal, scroll down to the bottom of your reservation and you will see a red “Cancel Reservation” link. Click this link and you will be prompted to confirm you would like to cancel your reservation by clicking, “Cancel Reservation”. Once you click “Cancel Reservation” your reservation will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email with the subject line of, “Newark Airport LONG TERM PARKING Reservation [Reservation Number] Cancellation Confirmation” confirming that your reservation has been cancelled.
Third-Party Reservation Bookings Cancellation Notice
If your reservation was made through a 3rd party, you will need to contact THAT company directly in order to cancel it. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.
